Dear all backers,
We have recently received report from our game creator - Jean-Francois Rochas (JF) that some backers have contacted him regarding inquiries and questions about reward fulfillment of this campaign.
While JF is responsible for the creation of the MOKURU Card Game and has advised in the design of this campaign, his role is limited to the creation stage. From the launch of campaign, we the MOKURU Team has taken over and responsible for all operation and communication. Therefore JF will not be able to provide assistant to your pledge fulfillment.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, our last stage of fulfillment has been affected and a number of backers have not received their rewards. We deeply regret the delay and are working to complete the process soon. If your pledge is affected, please email to [email protected], we will reply you with updated information. Thank you.

Shipping Update - Delivery Status Adjusted Under Coronavirus

Dear all backers,
As the fulfillment for Expansion Set has been underway for a while, we would like to share you about the latest status. Due to the coronavirus (COVID19) outbreak, our shipping has been suspended to certain countries.
For shipments that are already on the way, they will be held at various parcel centers and warehouses, only to continue on their way once the suspension has been lifted. As the arrangements are subjected to frequent changes, please check your tracking information daily. As of 1st April, we have received report that following countries have completely suspended international shipping:
Benin, Cayman Island, Chad, Central African Republic, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait Latvia, Libya, Maldives, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Romania, Samoa, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.
Following countries have suspended international shipping to certain regions, or experiencing severe delay:
Austria, Belarus, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, Estonia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, S.Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Slovakia, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
Please note that shipping is likely delayed to countries outside of the list due to a global decrease of air traffic. We will follow up closely with our shipping company to get all pledges fulfilled ASAP. Thank you and be safe.

Important Update to Our Shipping Arrangements

Dear MOKURU fans,
Thank you for your support to our project.
Since mid-December, we have delivered thousands of MOKURU Card Game sets to backers. As our warehouse is located in China, it was closed for during the Lunar New Year so workers can leave to visit their families back home. We expected them to complete the remaining task within February.
Regrettably, the warehouse is unable to reopen on time due to the current coronavirus situation in China. For health and safety reasons, the local authority has forbidden any warehouse back in operation until the situation is under control. The latest reopen date is late February, but it is an estimation and still subjected to change. Production for all MOKURU items have been done and we will complete the remaining shipments ASAP once the warehouse reopens.
On the other hand, our customer service is unaffected by the closure. If you have any question with the game, or if the package you received has an issue, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] for a timely response.

Thank you for your support to MOKURU on 2019 !!
We are happy to announce that all Base and Exclusive Sets rewards have been shipped after X'mas ! It will take a few more days for us to organize and upload the tracking numbers, so please be patience! There are also a handful of shipments that require extra information. Please reply to our request ASAP if you received one! For backers who have ordered Expansion Set as add-on, please make sure you have entered selections on this form. Thanks!
For the remaining shipments of Collector and Expansion Sets, we will get them all on the way before the end of month. As we have received reports of shipping issues about the missing of some add-on items or outer carton box is damage may cause by the transportation, please kindly send us the email at [email protected] and we can follow up right away !
